TIPOLOGI HUKUM KEHUTANAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK: SEBUAH TINJAUAN HUKUM

Abstrak

Typology of Forestry Law in the Perspective of Public Policy. This research aims to explore and analyze the typology of forestry law in Indonesia, as well as how these typologies can be implemented in public policy. The study uses normative research methods with primary and secondary legal materials as data sources. The results show that the typology of forestry law in Indonesia can be divided into several categories, namely laws governing land rights, laws regulating forest management, and laws governing forest protection. Furthermore, the research also indicates that the implementation of the typology of forestry law in public policy can help enhance the effectiveness of forest management and strengthen forest protection. In the context of public policy, the typology of forestry law can be used as a basis for formulating better and more effective forest management policies. This research is expected to contribute to the development of legal and public policy sciences in Indonesia.

Tipologi hukum kehutanan dalam perspektif kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis tipologi hukum kehutanan yang berlaku di Indonesia, serta bagaimana tipologi tersebut dapat diimplementasikan dalam kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan sumber data berupa bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipologi hukum kehutanan di Indonesia dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa kategori, yaitu hukum yang mengatur hak atas tanah, hukum yang mengatur pengelolaan hutan, dan hukum yang mengatur perlindungan hutan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tipologi hukum kehutanan dalam kebijakan publik dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan hutan dan memperkuat perlindungan hutan. Dalam konteks kebijakan publik, tipologi hukum kehutanan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih baik dan lebih efektif dalam pengelolaan hutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu hukum dan kebijakan publik di Indonesia.
