PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN PERALIHAN HAK KARENA JUAL BELI DI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KOTA BANJARMASIN

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to supporting factors that influence the satisfaction of the public towards the transfer of rights due to buying and selling at the Banjarmasin City Land Office. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method with 2 (two) variables, namely (1) the variable level of community satisfaction with the performance of public services in the field of land, (2) supporting factors variables that affect public satisfaction with the transfer of right due to buying and selling at the Land Office Banjarmasin City. The research results show namely the quality of public service un the field of land in the transfer of rights because the trade in the Banjarmasin City Land Office is Good (B), in harmony with the interests of the community towards service in the Banjarmasin City Land Office, it is very important. Several factors influence people’s satisfaction with the transfer of rights due to buying and selling which are strengths, namely: (1) implementing behavior, (2) facilities and infrastructure, (3) handling complaints, (4) product / service results, (5) implementing competencies, (6) service requirements, (7) cost / tariffs, (8) systems, mechanisms and procedures, (9) completion time.
Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat terhadap peralihan hak karena jual beli pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 2 (dua) variabel yaitu (1) variabel tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik di bidang pertanahan, (2) variabel faktor-faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat terhadap peralihan hak karena jual beli pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat terhadap peralihan hak karena jual beli yang menjadi kekuatan yaitu: (1) perilaku pelaksana, (2) sarana dan prasarana, (3) penanganan pengaduan, (4) produk/hasil layanan, (5) kompetensi pelaksana, (6) persyaratan pelayanan, (7) biaya/tarif, (8) sistem, mekanisme, dan prosedur, (9) waktu penyelesaian.
